Chula Vista City Council appoints member to vacant District 3 seat through particular session

CHULA VISTA, Calif. – The Chula Vista City Council has sworn in Alonso Gonzalez towards the empty District 3 seat representing the city’s southeast region, together with Paseo Ranchero and Otay Ranch.
